Question 1

How do we start working with a custom software-development company?

Accepted Answer

We start with an initial conversation to understand your business goals, processes, and challenges. From there we define scope, approach, and next steps.

Question 2

Do you offer discovery and planning phases before development?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many successful software projects start with a structured discovery phase before actual development begins. Depending on the project, this may include business process analysis, technical workshops, system architecture planning, feature prioritization, integration mapping, and risk identification. Our goal is to reduce uncertainty early, align technical decisions with real business operations, and build software on a clear and scalable foundation.

Question 3

Can you build software if we only have an idea?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We help turn early-stage ideas into structured requirements, technical architecture, and a clear development plan.

Question 4

What kind of custom-software projects do you specialize in?

Accepted Answer

We focus on systems that are integration-heavy and business-critical: platforms that exchange data with several other systems, carry real transaction volume, and stay in service for years. The more systems a process touches, the better the fit.

Question 5

How much does custom software development cost?

Accepted Answer

Cost depends on scope, complexity, and integrations. Projects can range from smaller tools to large enterprise systems. We provide estimates after requirements are defined.

Question 6

How long does custom software development take?

Accepted Answer

Timeframes vary. Smaller projects can take weeks, while complex platforms can take several months depending on scope and integrations.

Question 7

Do you offer fixed-price or time-based pricing?

Accepted Answer

We offer both. Fixed pricing works best for clearly defined scopes, while flexible models suit evolving projects better.

Question 8

How do you ensure successful project delivery?

Accepted Answer

We focus on clear requirements, realistic planning, and transparent communication throughout the development process.

Question 9

What happens if requirements change during the project?

Accepted Answer

It's common. We handle change through clear prioritization and a transparent view of the impact on scope, timeline, and price.

Question 10

Do you build mobile apps?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build mobile apps for iOS and Android, either as native apps or cross-platform solutions.

Question 11

Should we choose native or cross-platform mobile development?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your needs. Cross-platform solutions are faster and more cost-efficient, while native apps offer maximum performance and platform-specific capabilities.

Question 12

Can you build mobile apps connected to existing systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We often build mobile apps that integrate with backend systems, APIs, and existing business platforms.

Question 13

Can your mobile applications integrate with external devices or IoT systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Depending on the project, mobile applications can integrate with external hardware, sensors, GPS systems, barcode scanners, IoT devices, industrial equipment, or third-party platforms. This is especially useful for logistics, field operations, manufacturing, monitoring, and real-time operational workflows.

Question 14

Do you use AI in software-development projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes — when it adds real value. We apply AI for data processing, automation, and decision support inside business processes.

Question 15

What are typical AI use cases in business software?

Accepted Answer

Common use cases include document processing, data extraction, predictive insights, workflow automation, and smart search.

Question 16

Can AI be integrated into existing systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the model sits alongside the existing system rather than replacing it, reading from and writing back to it through the same interfaces any other integration would use. No rebuild of the underlying platform is required.

Question 17

Where do you use AI inside integrations?

Accepted Answer

Where the incoming data is messy rather than structured: extracting fields from documents and email, classifying and routing incoming requests, and matching records between systems that do not line up exactly. It handles the cases a fixed set of rules cannot, which is usually what stops a process from being fully automated.

Question 18

Can you read and process incoming email automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We connect directly to a mailbox, read incoming messages and their attachments, extract the data that matters, and act on it — creating a record, updating a status, or sending a reply — without anyone opening the message. Access is limited to the mailboxes agreed with you, and only the extracted data is stored, not the correspondence itself.

Question 19

How do you ensure AI solutions are reliable and accurate?

Accepted Answer

Every AI step passes the same validation rules and business logic as the rest of the flow, and anything below the confidence threshold is routed to a person instead of being applied automatically. The goal is consistent, checkable results — not automation for its own sake.

Question 20

What technologies do you use for software development?

Accepted Answer

We work with modern web frameworks, cloud platforms, APIs, and scalable back-end architectures, depending on project requirements. Our core technologies include Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, Flutter, and MongoDB.

Question 21

Do you build custom CRM or ERP systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We design and build dedicated CRM, ERP, and internal systems aligned with your business processes.

Question 22

Can you integrate with third-party systems and APIs?

Accepted Answer

Yes — it is one of the things we do most. We have built integrations with UBB, Postbank and DSK Bank, with BORICA, and with the payment operators Stripe and myPOS; with Microinvest for accounting; with NACHA-format ACH payment files for the US market; and with the US transport platforms DAT, Farelanes, MileMaker, Uber Freight, Echo Drive, C.H. Robinson, 123 Loadboard, Parade and MacroPoint. Notifications go out through Twilio, SendGrid and Mailchimp, and incoming mail is read directly from Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace.

Question 23

Can you integrate with a system that has no public API?

Accepted Answer

Usually yes. When there is no documented interface we work with what the system does expose — scheduled file exchange over SFTP, database-level access where the vendor permits it, industry and bank-specific file formats, or automating a partner portal. This is a large share of the integration work we do, because real businesses rarely run only on modern, well-documented platforms.

Question 24

Can you connect our system to a load board or a freight-tracking platform?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The usual pattern is posting and searching loads, pulling rate and mileage data, and pushing tracking updates back to the shipper or broker, so dispatchers stop re-entering the same shipment into several systems. What we need from you is API credentials for each platform and any carrier or broker agreements those platforms require.

Question 25

Where do the integrations you build run, and how are they monitored?

Accepted Answer

They run either in your own cloud account or in an environment we manage, depending on where your data has to live. Every exchange is logged so it can be inspected afterwards, failed operations are retried automatically, and anything that keeps failing is held for review rather than silently dropped — so a broken exchange can be corrected and replayed instead of being re-entered by hand.

Question 26

Can you work alongside our in-house team or an existing software vendor?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and a large share of our projects work exactly that way. In practice we agree the interface contracts and system boundaries up front, so it is clear who owns which side of each integration, and we document what we build so your team or another vendor can maintain it. We are comfortable in multi-team environments where coordination and clear communication matter more than code volume.

Question 27

Do you work as a subcontractor or white-label technology partner?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work as a subcontractor or implementation partner for agencies, consultancies and other software companies, including under NDA and white-label arrangements where the end client stays yours and we stay in the background.

Question 28

What do you need from us to start an integration?

Accepted Answer

Credentials and a test or sandbox environment for each system involved, whatever documentation or sample files exist, a named technical contact on the other platform, realistic test data, and an agreed definition of what "working" means. Missing sandbox access on the other side is the single most common reason an integration stalls.

Question 29

When is custom software better than off-the-shelf solutions?

Accepted Answer

Custom software is the right choice when your processes are unique or when standard tools can't fully support your operations.

Question 30

Which industries do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Mainly insurance, finance and banking, and transport and logistics — including US freight operations, where we integrate load boards, tracking platforms and ACH payments — plus companies with complex internal processes in other sectors.

Question 31

Do you provide long-term support and improvements?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We aim for long-term partnerships and often continue working with clients after launch to evolve and optimize the system over time.

Question 32

Can you help with EU-funded digitalization projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We regularly participate in digitalization and Industry 4.0 initiatives, including projects funded through European programs. We can support the full process — from technical consulting and solution architecture to implementation, integrations, documentation, training, and long-term support. We also collaborate with external EU funding consultants when needed, helping ensure that technical decisions remain realistic, scalable, and aligned with actual business operations.

Question 33

Can you help supervise or review an ongoing software project?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In some cases, clients involve us as a technical advisor during ongoing software projects. We can help review architecture decisions, project structure, delivery processes, scalability risks, integrations, or communication between stakeholders and vendors. Our goal is not to replace existing teams, but to help projects move in a clearer and more sustainable direction.
